Richmond Osei is a mining and precious metals professional with 15 years of experience in gold trading, sourcing, and export across Ghana and West Africa. He founded Osrich Group of Companies Ltd. to bridge the gap between small-scale miners and international markets through fair pricing, transparent processes, and strict compliance.
Over the course of his career, Richmond has built direct partnerships with artisanal and small-scale mining communities, managed end-to-end supply chains, and ensured adherence to Ghana Minerals Commission regulations and OECD due diligence standards. His approach centers on treating miners as partners, not just suppliers.
